Another train has a FRED which is hooked up because the lights dont work (thanks trinity and cq431jmry ). The last car on the final train seems to be bouncing quite a bit compared to other trains which have just travelled by. The first minute of the video is muted due to some chatty people who stopped next to the camera. The views are great, which makes it very popular and crowded. I don't think you will ever get a video without distracting commentary and chatter from pedestrians. Best bet may be to go on work days. thanks , interesting,, I like to know these things. I hope one day I get to walk over it. here in UK ? I live close to the main line East coast route to Scotland. Nothing spectacular like the Hudson though. But we do get 'steam specials' running north sometimes!. thanks . Geoff

Its called the Walkway over the Hudson and spans Poughkeepsie and Highland New York USA. Originally it was a railway bridge built in 1889. It became uneconomical to maintain as the highway system developed and railroad mergers made other routes cheaper. It was? shut down in 1974. It was too expensive to tear down. So they made it into a pedestrian/bike bridge in 2008-2009.
