It is pretty fucked up, but a really awesome show. It's about a 'unique' girl called lucy, who has horns, and these extra transparent hands on her back, called vectors. She is meant to be the enemy of humanity, and kills every human she sees. She is kept in a hidden lab, until she escapes, and on her way out, she is shot in the head by a .50cal sniper round, which gives her a split personality which makes her very cute? and hsa no memory, and 2 people take her in and help her.

Haha yeah but actually after watching this anime myself, I think it's one of the? best I've ever seen. Theres heaps of blood and gore but there is also a very good story and genuinely heartfelt moments.
