Thank you so much for your response. This is exactly what I strive to do. I am dependable, fair, honest and communicate expeditiously. I have yet to have issues with any of my customers. But this came up in a conversation and I just wanted your views. There on who thinks that there should be unlimited repairs on an? item when the continual breakage goes far beyond the fault of the creator. Reminder, I'm not sure how all this works. But I often wondered if "blacks" decided not to vote in a large numbers or all together, would it make a difference in power plays in this country?
