hi , Nimbin is fairly casual , a? lot of people light up in cafes & car parks & around town , but it's not LEGAL. the COPS will bust you. Stay Safe & Free. during the Mardigrass , there are plenty of people smoking.. but it all goes in hiding when the cops walk past.
