Yea man do squats...jst start at wateva weight u can handle about 8-10 reps at...and jst keep going heavier the stronger? u get...dead lifts are gud too...

hey to i wanna ask you, iam 5'7 i could touch da damm rim but i cant dunk ive been doing jumps and calf rises like hell for 2 months i still cant dunk so i wanna ask u if i do squats with weights how much? weight do u recommend? 5kg? 10?

Um mainly u can do plyometrics (jumping exercises), and weights like squats? and dead lifts...and then jst practice jumpin and trying to dunk...
