o ok yeah i just noticed it acutally had a decal on oil tank says 5w-20 winter 20w-50 summer just not sure what? to put in rear end maybe 80-90gear oil??

i use Shell Rottella T 20/50 oil. in the hydraulic system and in the kohler k321? engine. i cant remember what i used for the rear end. i'll find out later.

the red is a Dupont automotive paint code #53-42143 is is a crossover from the case ih manufacturer number. it was about 60.00 a quart plus reducer and hardner. it was well worth it with the shinny bright finish, and the tan is a desert sand from tisco tp130sp . not as nice as the dupont but looks good. dupont did not have a crossover number for the ji case desert? sand.. all in all iit looks great. are you restoring a case?

Nice little twist on 'my tractor's sexy' Get a bit tired of hearing it so much. Always wandered why these Cases have radiators and cooling fans. The engines are air cooled. Is? it for the hydro unit or something? Got a nice clean workshop there. The rims looked great with the silver and black. Great resto you did on that! 5 stars
