There is an enormous amount of racism and false history about Native Americans and Mexicans and South Americans that has poisoned the minds of school aged children in public schools through Eurocentric indoctrination of us all, but that is all changing especially through the efforts of Mexican historians. R u NA? Can u tell me why NAs REFUSE TO ENGAGE IN American politics discussing, for example, the violations by our government against sovereign land rights, bringing them closer to extinction? I remember a few years ago when our government ended out of state tobacco sales, a staple of economy for a certain tribe(s) who were outraged. No one ever hears about these treaty violations, and there is much more to be aired. Ur average American thinks NAs are invisible? and therefore inconsequential.

You are correct. The only ethnic group that can rightfully claim indigenous status are Mestizos who carry a high percentage of Amerindian DNA and retain much of our pre-colonial culture.
