This is from a band that was performing at Hidden Lake in Merrillville,In on the Fourth of July. It was a hot and dreary day and I ended up falling asleep and missed the rest of the fun. The band was pretty good and they all took turns singing lead. This was their best performance I hope you all love it.

actually I work in Ny timewarner and we handle ny region and bergen county nj such as hudson valley area, 5 boroughs on nyc and bergen county NJ ,..if you call a NYC region from Detroit even though she wasnt very helpful because we can call a # to enter your zip code to get your local office # it was correct that she wasnt able to help, they may not do that? where your from for twc but not every region has that ability yet

Thank You for that. People won't understand unless they have worked for them. We? helped Brighthouse, Insight and all of the other call centers. She could have tried to help me even if I wasn't in her district. She could have at least gave me the right number. She failed.

Thanks for the funny video. I have worked in the call center industry on and off since 1991 and can relate to this video. The rep did not even try to help you. If I did something like this on the phone I would get talked to by a supervisor. Thank you for the post on You Tube.?
