Hi. I'm also an HD28 owner, and need some. Have you noticed that when you capo this gutiar on the second fret, and then strum or pick normally, that the 4th strings sticks out like a sore thumb. I've noticed this with every Martin HD28 I've tried. It's? like the rosewood hates this particular string note, or maybe it's the human ear. I'm not sure which! I strum just slighly behind the soundhole toward the saddle, which may enhance the particular "annoying" frequency of this string note.
