Like I said I can get over 1700 dollars (thats just spot price) for an ounce of gold, that goes a long way towards buying a car, house or whatever. People that think like you do will do nothing but hold onto dollars will either loose purchasing power through inflation or will be left holding worthless paper that will buy nothing.
