5 hours nrt-mnl only one flight a day both directions and yes there is no more US Routes on a 747 -400 only international and Delta no longer flies 747s to AMS out of DTW they us A330's now like most other? cities like BOS-AMS, JFK-AMS OR ATL-AMS. Those brakes sound shot! typical Delta lol. I've flown? Delta, United, Continental and KLM airlines. I always found that United and Delta had the worst maintained planes of the bunch. Meaning they were dirty on the inside and even dirtier on the outside.

hi sfflyer "the great" ;) I'm not sure but isn't this the wrong TR to talk about paris? ;) anyhow, paris was great. weather was a bit bad, first day overcast, last day not one single cloud, so it got better. we stayed 4 days, the travel-days included. yes, food was good, a very nice café for dinner was "le malakoff"( i think that's spelled correctly), its situated near trocadero..very friendly and good food! thanks for? watching :)

yeah that's always like that, parents business, kids eco ;) no eco? isn't painful, swiss has very comfortable seats, and if you regularly go for a walk and if you watch a movie or stuff like that you ain't feel anything like pain :) oh and a little hint if you fly eco: i don't know if it's always like that but when i flew with swiss they put a basket full with snacks in the galley for the hungry passangers...i really appreaciated that. :) (cause i'm always hungry) lol... :D

thank you so much :) lol i'm honored! hope you're going to be satisfied with swiss, in my whole SWISS flying career i had only one bad experience...i had once a crew that was very rude...but shit happens with every airline ;)it? wasn't bad at all, the seats are very comfy. i didnt sleep, i don't like to sleep during a flight because then i miss something, cause i love flying :) my parents flew business and i visited them for a short time :) so i was in my dad's seat.. enjoy your trip!

What was it like sitting in economy for 12 hours? Was it very painful or did you sleep most of the way? Also, how did you get into business class for those shots? After approaching overhead, this beauty is seen pushing back from her stand at Terminal 2 and taking off on Runway 24L. Filmed in wonderful sunshine from MAN's fantastic rooftop viewing area- watch (and hear!) her engines start up. I wouldn't like to stand that close to a running 747 engine!
