Obama : Increase our deficit faster than? any? president in history. He's accomplished that for sure. He's on course to borrow a record 7 trillion $'4 in one term. The COLA (Cost of living adjustment) comprised 3/4 of our pay raises. Thanks to congress? and Obama, that has been taken away from us as well as those retired until 2012.
