I wish counselors were allowed to recommend alternative therapies, not be limited by agencies and insurance to drug therapy. If? we get the power to prescribe drugs, why not nondrug tx like supplements and herbs? We study the bad effects of amphetamine use but are told this is the treatment of choice for kids with ADD/ADHD. Worse, kids' nervous systems are still developing. (scream)So glad for someone like Dr Amen!

@psychosides I thank you very much sir. I'm in a course called Integrated III Math (Honors), in which we use? this quite often in our recent lessons. Sadly when I arrived home I went brain dead and couldn't remember a thing. This video was all I needed :3 Also you are very correct the basics of math is needed if you are going to attend a college of any sort, and this "stuff" is needed in daily life. Please don't make the assumption it isn't; because daily life is advancing like us.
