oh come on. You're so obviously skipping round the point here. What people want to know is sites with decent adverts not adverts that they can definately make money from obviously you can't tell people that but half of what clickbank offers is lengthy advert sites pushing a product that instantly sounds like a scam so people aren't going to want to buy them. People are after decent sites or landing pages to promote that once the customer gets there is going to want to read on and? take seriously.

Take any and all cash gifting systems. I believe I'm correct when I say that none of them claim to be a MLM company. In other words, their not a direct sales and marketing company. It really would be more appropriate to say "direct sales" instead of "MLM". If one cash gifting program is legal their all legal. ? That would be because of the model itself. You are talking about 2 different models. Selling your own product and affiliate? marketing. Affiliate marketers don't have to have products. We sell other people's stuff through recommendations, reviews, etc. I don't have any products that I sell directly so I'm not sure what you mean. The only money I spent was to host my website and that's less than $7/month. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you.

If? states need more money, they don't need to go after us affiliates. Doing stupid things like this will in turn make the state less revenue and promote more unemployment (so to speak)! In time they will see what a stupid mistake they've made but at the moment it's diversify or die.

The government has taken control of everything, even eBay now in 2011.. If you sell products, sooner or later you'll be forced to file a W-9 after making a certain amount. And many of the sites I work with are doing the same thing.. I don't agree with the whole idea? because the internet should be a free market place..

Weren't the states getting quarterly or annual income tax revenues from these people? Whenever I file my taxes, I state my income and then there's a state & a federal tax. Now the states have lost the income tax. I wonder how many of those people who lost their businesses went on state welfare... that was kind of messed up on the part of Amazon too, but I guess they wanted to? make a statement and somebody always has to suffer to make a statement... eg. Rosa Parks, but look what she started!

It is an address/person in the state you've formed the LLC that legal notices etc. can be sent to. Someone else can probably explain it better but that is the gist of it. Some people use their lawyer as an agent of record.?
