You must consider that enviroment laws are very weak, YouTube? "Linfen China". Wages are only 300/month and the cost of the technology transfer was paid for by the US taxpayer. In addition, the US Government still gives a tax break to companys that off shore jobs. We have no tariffs on Chinese imports and the company gets to sell in China's market. However, many CEOs are finding that to be difficult. Again, this is common stuff, a few books on trade will put you ahead of the game.

It is not called a tax, it is called a partnership fee. You pay it (along with bribes) and you transfer 100% of your technology (most of that technology was developed by the? I totally agree about welders. I have a friend who is a welder who makes welding machines, and he was forced out a couple of years ago. The construction industry is in the toilet. That is one reason I thought the Jobs Bill from several months ago would have been great for the economy but just as every other bill it couldn't make it out of Congress. ?
