That's a completely? illogical statement. Atheist and agnostics are not good people because someone is watching we are good for the sake of being good. Christianity seems to put it into people's minds that the only reason do good is to get into heaven. It's essentially bribing them with an invisible product. If Christian doctrine was true you wouldn't have to do anything special to get into heaven because Jesus would have already died for you and saved.
