We had a little boy, but since then we had a little girl 13 months later...so we are working on another enjoyable event to occur to share...both have been healthy and totally a handful for little momma...hell the contractions were? nothing compared to our son jumping off couches and trying to control every tv in the house to watch CARS or TOY STORY...lol

Bless your heart :). I walked into the hospital 5 and a half cm dilated fully efaced.. meanwhile there was a girl huffing and puffing that i let go in front of me... later come to find out she was 2 cm dilated. lol. they sent her home... and i gave birth? to my beautiful girl.. with an epidural though.. i would have turned into momzilla if i hadn't had it done. How did this delivery turn out?

Yay for the baby! I HATED stadol. Made me too drugged up to voice my pain, but I still? felt every single contraction - it only 'took the edge' off for those who were in the room with me! It wasn't do anything, so the doctor said to give me more, which only made it worse. HATED IT!

@Grancie48 Yeah I thought about that after I posted my previous comment. It's still somewhat confusing and sounds awkward when I say it aloud. I guess because I've hardly ever contracted 'we would' or 'we had' in speech and writing. English is my first language but I still watch these? kind of videos for some reason. Maybe giving further explanation on how to use that specific contraction would help ESL learners though.

The grammar at 6:26 is wrong. You can't ever say we'd as in we had and I'm not sure? you can say it to mean we would either. Even thought we would can be contracted to we'd it sounds awkward. The correct thing to say would be we've, we have.

Thank you, you did an excellent job explaining the difference I have a 21 year old daughter that was having pain lasting from 5 to as long 15 minutes long and coming every 45 to 53 minutes. Although it continued all day and night, so she is finally? sleeping now. I can tell the pain is not as bad as it was cause she is resting but she is still moaning slightly. She turned 28 weeks on Monday. I never had them before so I was unable to relate so thank you, I'll call her Dr. in the morning.

@ItsPJoYo As a student midwife I feel sad on behalf of all midwifes that you feel like you are some sort? of threat and nuisance and wish not to have one present at your birth, especially since you are having triplets (wow, well done on that!). You should try to talk to a midwife and maybe just have her sitting in the living room while you are all alone in the bedroom, you will be alone but your mind will be at ease. No one has asked to rub my belly. Some of my family touch it but no strangers. I don't think I could begin to describe what it feels like to have a baby living inside of me. It's amazing, that's? for sure. But there is nothing I could compare it to! She pushes, moves, flips, kicks... & sometimes now that she is getting bigger it can hurt or be uncomfortable. Especially when she's stretching, she pushes sooo hard!! But I love it (:
