Just saw this commercial on SpikeHD while watching the Original Star Wars. I heard the last part? then rewound and watched the whole commercial. Definately way funnier than the other already good similar DirecTV commercials. Probably one of the more real'er situations too. Sittting around waiting for the cable guy, you do tend to do that.. Can anybody tell me, that thing at 5:41. I have this under my house. My bedroom has 1 line going to its HDbox. My man cave has 2 lines going to a dual HDDVR box. The black background makes it difficult to view. The previous guide was on a blue background which is something Dish Network copied from DirecTV before they got rid of it. The picture is clear but it's difficult to view the guide and the best I can do to relieve my eyes is to use the quick 9 channel menu w/o seeing? the entire guide.

i dont khow if anyone else is having this problem but in the new gui, when you change a channel, like in the guide, it will sometimes switch to the wrong channel for example, if i switch to 249, sometimes it will? switch to 250 oor 248, might be a bug idk. but other than that the new gui is fast and better looking

I am pretty sure you can tell the type of model you have by looking in the door on the bottom right hand side, but I don't remember I just became a tech agent a couple months ago, I used to be billing. The hard drive will not spin up in the Windows environment--it can't because? of the coding. Linux systems will see the drive and can even format it but it will still not power up in Windows. There was some discussion about this in another thread but I have since lost it...Windows may at some point see the drive but the info is erroneous and the hdd cannot be accessed......Hackers have been trying to open this thing for a couple of years. Anyone know how it's done?

Fuck DirectV too me it sucks and it aint worth any money i was a dish type of person but my girlfriend wanted to swithc to directv and to me it is Garbage and is Sh*t!! As for Dish it? gives everything a Customer would want !!! Go for Dish People Believe Me im switchin back to dish !!

directt v r crooks, there was a bill of mine that was past due and i couldnt pay at the time. well yall decide to go in my bank account and take my money, which caused me to overdraft, then it caused all my other bills to overdraft i wrote to around 500 bucks i know owe the bank. and the rent is due? which i have to overdraft in that just so i can have some place to live. u fucking assholes u. i hope u direct tv goes out of business!!!!!

I consulted: I am a DirecTV? installer here in Argentina. The issue is that you want to ask, how long it takes to install a full HD there and how many per day do you do? Here I installed 3 or 4 per day. Regards Nicolas.
