In general, liberals have a much stronger trust in government but they fail to realize that those in office (democrat or republican) will do whatever it is? that is politically profitiable (say building a bridge to nowhere - republican). The issue therefore is to make it politically profitable for politicans to do the right thing. The game will work at medium on 720p with the graphics card. 3gb should be enough but I recommend atleast 4gb and any type of processor at 4.4Ghz should be fine with BF3. So yea? it will work (I had the same Graphics card before i upgraded to a 6950 that's how I know what settings it will work good with)

to de accelerate keep the brake pressed until you turn faster, but dont keep it pressed too much or the? turning will slow down. so to turn quickly simply brake at the beggining of the turn, then use afterburners to get out of the turn quickly. and afterburners are infinite

With this set up, you can take out both air and ground targets. Fly? off from your ground target, make a loop, put your target in your sights..
