The 911 dispatcher stays stuck on the 'Where' (address), largely ignoring the jumbled? attempts at establishing What is going on. What follows that is the social worker not knowing the address of the home. @ 1:11 they edited out her finally giving the address, creating one statement out of two.

Both parties on the 911 call failed. First the social worker fails to know and provide the key "Ws" right away to the dispatcher - What, Where, Who, When. This dispatcher? gets into a 'who's who' debate instead of trying to get all of the "Ws". If she couldn't make clear the 'who', he needed to know the 'where' and 'what' as fast as possible. The social worker falters horribly on the 'where'. The idea of 'when' is about the only thing both seemed to get - it was happening right now.

The shock seems to have worn off in the last two interviews I seen of him on tv. It looks like it really has set in for him. He looked like he had been crying or was about? to. I know when my Dad died I was very sad the first few days, but I didn't cry. It wasn't until after the funeral and walking past his empty room every night that it set in.

When my mother died I was just like this guy in the beginning, but then it really set in after a few weeks. I started feeling down and depressed and cried. Everyone grieves differently. Some people cry non-stop from the minute they hear of? their loved one's death, while some take a while for reality to kick in.

@tixmastr They didn't leave the boys with him. The boys were on supervised visits two days a week for a period of a few hours. The majority of their time and every night was spent with their grandparents. No one can foresee something like this happening unless it is spoken or written. The PD has their reasons for waiting, and? I am pretty sure it was to collect more evidence after the snows melted.

Apparently you've not had someone die suddenly. You go through periods of shock and relative composure to other times when you just fall apart into pieces and can't pull it together no matter what you do. He has to be matter of fact, that is the only way he could remotely speak to anyone right now. I can see how much he's been crying already by the look of his face? and his eyes. The puffiness isn't normally there on Chuck's face.

@aimanproductions is almost certainly correct. I was in a very traumatic situation. I feel that he's in shock, probably also medicated. When I lost someone in a horrific way, I was able to talk about it shortly after. I know I sounded the same way: talking matter-of-fact, reminiscing about the person I lost. Talking in a kind of detached way. Emotionless. But inside I was dying. When the shock wears off, one certainly? hopes that there is a LOT of support standing by. My heart breaks for them.

It is the Grandpa. He's done so many interviews since Susan went missing, and I feel so sad that he had to do this one. It's so shocking. I'm sure they are heartbroken. I pray that they feel the thousands and thousands of prayers that are being offered on their behalf and know that? Charlie and Braden are with their mom again.
