I would like to see a safe place for children to be visited by parents whom have been deamed unsafe enough to? require supervised visits. In the actual recording of the first call, you get to hear the more disjointed sound of the social worker at the start, the lack of key details, and? that the social worker doesn't give the location until 1:42 seconds into the call. The 911 dispatcher stays stuck on the 'Where' (address), largely ignoring the jumbled attempts at establishing What is going on. She lets urgency be lost in her panic, he loses the urgency in frustration. #1 rule of emergency situations: Remain Calm.

@EdwardRichtofenDr Have you actually heard the ENTIRETY of BOTH calls, not the edited bits here? This 'news agency' chopped together a misleading interpretation of events. In this video @ 0:26 is an excerpt of the SECOND call. Same call @ 0:38 excerpted. Then @ 0:50 we hear a time condensed? part of the first call. What follows that is the social worker not knowing the address of the home. @ 1:11 they edited out her finally giving the address, creating one statement out of two.

Both parties on the? 911 call failed. First the social worker fails to know and provide the key "Ws" right away to the dispatcher - What, Where, Who, When. This dispatcher gets into a 'who's who' debate instead of trying to get all of the "Ws". If she couldn't make clear the 'who', he needed to know the 'where' and 'what' as fast as possible. The social worker falters horribly on the 'where'. The idea of 'when' is about the only thing both seemed to get - it was happening right now.
