Both parties on the 911 call failed. First the social worker fails to know and provide the key "Ws" right away to the dispatcher - What, Where, Who, When. This dispatcher gets into a 'who's who' debate instead of trying to get all of the "Ws". If she couldn't make clear the 'who', he needed to know the 'where' and 'what' as fast as possible. The social worker falters horribly on the 'where'. The idea of 'when' is about the only thing both seemed to get - it was? happening right now.

It's amazing how anybody who is under indictment for a violent felony cannot be in possession of any dangerous weapon. This is done for a reason, which is to protect people from violence with that person. But it makes no sense how you can be a suspect in murdering your wife but the kids are allowed to be with the father. A supervised visit means nothing. The? other thing Nancy has run with is this thing about how Josh was pushed to the edge now that his boys are getting old enough to talk about, and confront, Josh. The thing about the trunk came about the summer after Susan went missing. It was not recent. The younger son drew the picture and said his mom was in the trunk. He was 3 at the time. Nancy is wrong on several counts. If? he wanted to kill his boys he could have done it at a Burger King. He put a lot of time and energy into thinking through how to do it and it would be just as easy to kill them at a neutral location. Also, if there was any evidence of domestic abuse then they would have been able to enforce the neutral location. Obviously they have no evidence he killed Susan so there is no evidence of domestic abuse.
