I love kava...I remember this guy sold me a Kava Kava capsule...I was seeing shit, I had extreme euphoria, I would touch my skin and it felt sooo good, i felt like a warm blanket was over me. I closed my eyes and saw patterns and colors... Kava Kava is sooo intense... I have tried hundreds of brands of Kava and have yet to get those same effects! Can anyone tell? me what is wrong???? its much easier to just use 2tbsp, a 12 fl. oz juice container (empty) use whole milk, and coffee creamer? for taste. Shake the shit out of it for as long as you can, strain and enjoy, this is the BEST way to make individual drinks 1 at a time, also use the root until it stops clouding water or milk or water, and dont use warm water, you can get it too hot, and destroy kavalactones

I personally find very hard to follow the tempo of the beat in this song doing toprock, maybe footwork, but it definitedly is dance-able to, maybe hard for bboying, maybe better for other dance styles, any bboy who knows? something about music, tempo and dance should say something similar...
