I was using in the very literal and anal sense as in tapping is only harmonics and two handed hammerons would be eruption by VH. In this video all of the notes are two handed hammer ons. You can't "tap" any note you want and get a harmonic. It doesn't have to be? 12 frets up but the two different techniques produce a very different sound.
