I've stopped collecting pens (hopefully), but I still go to the pen show when the come to town. I've now? sold off more fountain pens than I have - I sold off the ones that cost more than $500 each. Fountain pens are a nasty habit I hope to break.

sorry I missed your comments. My bet is on google & android as the future of this type of technology (instead of Apple), but we'll see. ? After carrying/using and stropping XHP for the past week or so my initial impression is that it's incrementally but definitely better than S30V in terms of edge-holding as well as toughness (chip resistance).

Nice stuff man. I wonder how CTS-XHP will end up comparing to something like CPM-S30v. Also, so happy to see a knife person on youtube? that doesn't use all apple products. Sweet phone, man(I have the Google branded version). Your videos are fantastic. sounds logical - I never looked up the actual costs per calorie thoroughly to answer. I picked this method because? I knew I could stomach this type of diet for a long period of time. I could never eat mostly fat for a week - I've tried that before when I tried the Ketogenic diet once 15 years ago. Daily lard, crisco, butter, cheese & water - nauseating.

Wow, I didn't expect you to actually show yourself surviving like that, although it was interesting to see. I was immediately drawn to this knife. It seems to? have an art deco element in addition to function spawned design features. I'm a fan of the contoured frame that the Baby Huey has as opposed to a simply flat slab of metal like most folders have. Lucky you sir.

Great knife. I got mine (with the same brown? G-10 handle) about 4 months ago when they were first released, and love it. I think this is Strider's 1st attempt to make a knife with CRK fit and finish, and I think they got pretty close.

Yes it's possible, but you'd ruin the file for good - also, you'd need finer grades of sharpening material to hone the blade edge - there's a guy here on youtube who shows how to sharpen roughly using a 1)cinder block, then 2) fine red brick, then 3) his belt to strop - & gets a decent sharpness on his blade. Placing the clip for tip-up carry gives you even weight-distribution for thumb-flicking & puts heavier pivot section of knife lower in pocket preventing it falling out. Having the clip? placed so that knife is tip down allows perhaps more finger-grip-friendly positioning for blade-flicking if you like to hold the knife in the fingers rather than palm, and easier extraction for people wearing gloves.

The small design changes made on? the new model are good though, that's what should happen when you apply good design evolution in your company, you can sometimes improve something, but change for change sake should not be your aim.
