I don't fully understand this subject ;we (the public) have plenty of access to what goes on in state prisons, and local jails via, cable & tv shows. Private prisons are a mystery; (how do they get inmates, how do they hire staff, whats? the difference between how state prisons are run, and private ones). if someone has worked in, or served time in both types of facilities, can you explain the difference in an intelligent manner.
