Liberal Fascism 101: hate, attack, blame, lie, deny. Not a? single fact in this video. It's nothing but a propaganda piece for the National Socialist Worker's Unions.

@d3ltadrive Everything you? just posted is completely backwards.

@getplaning They're car companies were more responsible because they knew? they wouldn't be bailed out and they are much more jobs available in Germany because they have much lower corporate tax rates than we do, so the twice as many cars part is a tax issue, not union. Germany because of these more jobs available for more hard workers which would in turn create higher salaries.

@KripDrip Wages have gone up about 20% over the last 30 years even adjusting for inflation, but I will say it depends what method of calculating inflation you use. Also, if wages have not risen fast enough to keep up with inflation,? that is an indictment of monetary policy not corporate policy.
By: cooljj82. on 17 Feb 12, 22:03:18
There was not a single fact? in this video.
By: cooljj82. on 17 Feb 12, 22:02:46
Right to work states have had their raises increase at a faster rate than union states, same for employment growth. Texas alone makes up almost the entire top 10 list for job growth cities. They also have? lower living costs.

@proudteamster135 American manufacturing moved overseas because organized labor and big government pushed their demands beyond the point of diminishing returns. I don't think anyone is? trying to imagine the price of a 50" plasma if your fuckin' ass made it.
By: Wrenchbender412i. on 13 Feb 12, 01:17:03
@Huboons That's ridiculous. You? don't know the first thing about the auto industry, in America or anywhere else.
By: Huboons. on 11 Feb 12, 14:37:10
@o5iiawah Economics is irrelevant where collectivism is in play. In the mind of a collectivist such trivialities can be overcome with price controls. It matters not that others must subsidize the effort to keep market forces at bay, as long as more people support it than don't, politicians will be happy to steal from the more productive? and competitive minority.
By: Huboons. on 11 Feb 12, 14:33:21
@kriskats19 You are confusing liberalism with collectivism. Republicans and Democrats are political organizations.? They are collectivists. The entire reason for the existence is to serve as middlemen, transferring wealth between various identity based segments of society, each time taking a cut. The only thing they truly care about is that government have its hand in EVERY aspect of your life.
By: Huboons. on 11 Feb 12, 14:30:08
@getplaning They steal from other segments of the population to subsidize their auto? industry so indeed they do have bailouts, just long term preexisting ones.
By: DamianiWins. on 10 Feb 12, 07:04:08
Fear mongering and? lying will get you no where union boss fat cats. your days of leaching off the American workers are numbered. RTW FTW!!!! I hope my state is the next to get RTW.
By: kriskats19. on 08 Feb 12, 19:25:44
@fenian123 Sure. I wouldn't? want to be represented by unions like SEIU
By: KripDrip. on 07 Feb 12, 21:21:04
no, wages for the median everyday person has not gone up at all in over 30 years. Everything is flowing to the top.?
By: billsquire44. on 07 Feb 12, 20:31:12
@1963danno I understand the original purpose of unions, but when you talk about "market" value, why can that be better determined by a large, coercive group in which members are forced to join than in? a highly competitive marketplace?
By: billsquire44. on 07 Feb 12, 20:16:51
@KripDrip Good question. I am not sure, but the influence of technology, increased use of capital, creative compensation packages, etc. play a role. The increasing trend toward glabalization also is involved, I am sure. When? talking about real wages, the extreme spending and corresponding inflation of recent years is a form of theft that lowers value of wages for all. That being said, both wages and productivity have increased fairly substantially, so at least they are strongly correlated.

@032490mf You would be right? at home in North Korea
By: fenian123. on 06 Feb 12, 08:12:22
@kriskats19 If you are pro choice, shouldn't the union? have a choice in whether they want to represent a person who does not pay dues?
By: david52875. on 06 Feb 12, 01:59:00
@kriskats19 They? are hypocritical assholes, that's what's wrong with them.
By: kriskats19. on 04 Feb 12, 07:14:10
Right to Work allows workers to make choices about whether or not to pay union dues. I am Pro-Choice I? thought the Democrats and liberals were Pro-Choice too. What is wrong with them.
By: o5iiawah. on 04 Feb 12, 03:15:35
@o5iiawah Consider a town where the entire workforce is union and they are isolated from the next? town which is non-union. If the union workers make more in the union town, this has to be offset by an increase in the prices of goods and services. Of what use is more money if the cost of everyday goods and services is inflated? We're talking college-freshman level economics and math here so try to keep up.
By: o5iiawah. on 04 Feb 12, 03:12:59
@lamiac2411 Except every conservative schoolteacher, teamster, IBEW and CWA that I know who? is forced to join the union. Besides, Unions raise pay but that is offset by costs of living. States who cozy up to unions have ridiculously high costs of living and while wages might be "low" in places like SC, MS and OK, you can still do well on $35k/yr. Try that in NY.
By: o5iiawah. on 04 Feb 12, 03:09:48
@lamiac2411 And those employees dont? have to work there. When nobody is there to work for a company, they go out of business.
By: lamiac2411. on 04 Feb 12, 01:54:28
@o5iiawah "Why must unions use coercion, intimidation and scare tactics in order to achieve their means?"............. What fucking planet have you been on!!?? Because almost every single company that pays it slaves I mean employees shit wages and no benefits has been VISCIOUSLY ANTI UNION! From the 1st day at orientation the? employee is threatened with loss of job and other consequences of joining a union. I promise especially in this day and age no1 is "forced" to join a union
By: lamiac2411. on 04 Feb 12, 01:48:43
@o5iiawah You should stop listening to idiots like Levin and Limbaugh and step in to the real world. You might learn something. Not once have I ever encountered someone who was "coerced" into joining a union against his/her will. I can tell you most people strive to join a union because of the good pay and benefits it provides. IF by some chance a person does not want? to be in a union then fine, no1 should make him. But he should not get to steal union benefits w/o contributing
