Okay here is what I want for Rome 2 total war. I want a game where U can select the year and empire u want to be, ex: 3,000 BC and ur the Sumerians or ancient egyptians. Then as the game moves on u see other nations "emerge" ex: 1,500? BC Mycenaeans emerge, etc. OR I can select the year 1,500 BC and play as the Mycenaeans or 500 BC and play as the Babylonians or chinese. I want HISTORICAL accuracy and accurate units. I want to play as Alexander the great and conquer china! Thumbs up if u agree.

dass die Wehren aus dem Umland bessere Fahrzeuge haben als die in? den Städten kenn ich auch im Falle Regensburgs. Und so lange die Technik läuft ... , auch das hat irgendwann Grenzen, wenn z.B. eine BF auf die Fahrzeuge der FF zurückgreifen muss weil die eigenen (sehr oft) in Reparatur sind, und dann anstatt einer DLk eine DL (auf W50) im Löschzug fährt

man muss aber sagen? dass es sich im Osten eher auf ein paar wenige Wehren konzertriert, dass die solch super Fahrzeuge haben. In einigen Städten haben die BF seit der Wende keine neuen Großfahrzeuge bekommen, Neufahrzeuge sind nicht in Aussicht, und Wachen sind oftmals mehr als baufällig bzw. werden wegen Einsturzgefahr geschlossen; und im Hinterland sieht's teilweise noch schlimmer aus, wo W50 und Co noch in Massen anzutreffen sind

I was having? the same thoughts. But they ended up with assumption that CA are 'lazy' when it comes to research and when research is involved, it's done better in community mods (EB, Broken Crescent, Roma Surrectum, Third Age TW). Besides little evidence exists how world looked like in such times (if we forget the Bible here). In such case I'd just welcome Rome TW 2 as merely engine upgrade :) (and play mods instead, they will appear if engine is not made less flexible)

Besides, the battles fought during the American War of? Independence were mere skirmishes compared to European battles. The siege of Yorktown,1781 which is called decisive had only 300-400 casualties. These kind of stats show that such battle settings are fine for games like AOE 3, but completely useless for games like Total War, because the USP of the game is the ability to control thousands of units at one time.
