They do run intel,? But everything is dumbed way down. LMAO honestly the real difference comes in there software. Mac is power efficient in there OS and tuning so no mater what anyone tells you, there over all computing power is lacking at best. Plus there custom capabilities are non existent. So if you want to do upgrades and you like working with your hands forget it. Plus MAC can be real cantankerous and when it is, forget fixing it yourself. MAC more kids toy then comp.

For rebates Deals Specials and or billing and technical problem I use this number normally a supervisor will help you 1888-720-5982 mon thru friday 8am to 11pm saturday? 9am to 10am sunday 10am to 6pm @ eastern time hope this helps you all. i think they are aiming the project to the wrong target: A Super User (professional) will have projects and files on his computer that needs a lot of space, and programs that will take a lot of memory and stuff.. A End User will probably only navigate the web for email, music, videos n stuff. So, this project should be aimed? for end users, cause they are actually the only ones that will use chromeOS the way they it is suppose to. No super user is going to store important data on their servers

Cool, but what if you wanted to tweak the OS for your own personal purposes. Many people with more, "advanced" skills in computers like to tweak and change their OS to better suit their needs. Even if it's adding a few new files or programs within the root directory, or just simply changing how it looks. If there's a security? measure to prevent any changing to the OS, it'll just overwrite what was changed so people wouldn't want to update at all. There should be a second mode for advanced users.
