Salaams I am not knowledgable on most of these misconceptions therefore I will stay silent. However all of our Marja are against flogging ourselves to let blood flow. And no we don't curse the first 3 caliphs. Lanat is not cursing. It's simply used to show that we are dissociating with these three people. Lanat doesn't even mean curse. As for saying YA Ali, it's okay because we are just asking them to intercede for us since they are closer to Allah. RasulAllah did? this and it's in your Hadith.

Both Tawassul and Wasilah are from the same root. When we make Tawassul, it means we seek the Mercy of Allah by resorting to a connection who was more obedient toward Allah. The Prophet never contradicted Tawheed. He was using ali as a waseelah. "Ya Ali Madad" depends upon the intention of a person who says it.? If the help of the Prophet or any other ma'sumeen is sought as an intercessor (waseelah) envisaged by Quran in Ayah 35 of Sura Ma'ida then not only there can be no objection, it would be the right thing to do. The Ayah reads: "O you who believe! Be mindful of your Duty to Allah, and seek a way to approach him (wab tagoo ilayhi waseelah)"

I cited a reference to Quran... Did you? just glance over it? It's not about being vilified. The point is, it's a sunnah to say 'ya ali madad'. The reason the Prophet said 'Ya Ali madad' even when he was not present was because it became an expression for him. When Shia say it they are merely emulating the Prophet rather than actually calling for Ali from the dead to help them. But my main point is that people who die in the way of Allah are not dead, as stated in Al Baqara 154.

I dont know why ppl have so much trouble with mutah when it is halal..the sahabah did it,etc. so its sunnati rasulullah. But its not up to the guys to give their sis, daughter, mother,etc. in mutah its up to the woman and the partner UNLESS the woman is a virgin than she has to get permission? from her father. Thats if they plan to do sex in mutah. Yes Qur'an is 100% but that verse has nothing to do with the Shia. Shia Islam is not bad at all, u just dont understand it.
