I don't care if i has or not compressed atoms , its mass can = the mass of earth but the dimension a lot smaller? NO? you said a golf ball not me!! so if newton its correct in impact the do same damage if same speed the neutron star and the earth. Once again, a neutron star doesn't have compressed atoms, shapes, or exert pressure. It's a gravitational collapse to a degraded matter called Neutronium, and unless? you have a surface, an object, or a spaceship with LESS pressure inside it, an impossibility, pressure doesn't exist. It? would be impossible to create a nuetron star with the mass of the earth.
