As to me, i prefer indoor cycling. since im working almost 10 hours a day, so im left with little time to workout in the evening. so that's why indoor cycling is my thing. and also bcoz i dont have a quite safe neighborhood. im a lady, so i dont wanna be cycling alone in the evening, making? myself a potential victim of kidnapping.

I admit, I don't really understand the point of a spinning class. On one level, if you're just using an exercise bike, why do you even need to go to a class for it? On another, if you're going to use a bike with various tensions and things, why not just use? a bike on actual hills? Not criticising, I'm just curious as to the necessity of the class

I'm conflicted. While I believe any exercise is better than none,? informed and educated exercise is of the utmost importance. You only get one body so treat it well. I myself am one for hitting the road on a bike, but if indoor cycling is your thing, go for it. The same goes for all sports and activities. Do what makes you feel good but remember to do it right to avoid injury and harm that could set you back.

Ah.. Its only 'Spinning' on a actual Johnny G Spinning Bike and your are only called a 'Spinning Instructor' if you are Mad Dogg Certified!! And proper set up would have her on? the bike with her heel on the pedal checking height before she clipped in..and making sure her knee isnt extended over the pedals..In 'Spinning' Position 2 is weight over the pedals and shoulders 'slightly' in front of hips .. Not the way she is doing 2.. I stand by my statement I made a yr ago about holding in your abs.

Actually, I do both. Riding a bike outside is great for actual "on-the-road"? training, and brings in a lot of factors that can't be replicated at the gym (weather, changes in the terrain, scenery) but spin classes are absolutely fantastic for fitness, and I don't just mean on-the-bike fitness, which improves my results when I'm doing big road rides, especially on the hills.

I had tried drop slindling before. I thought I was doing something wrong? because my yarn kept kinking back on itself. This is the first demonstration I've seen that points out that it is normal for the yarn to kink back on itself! Thank you so much for that alone. O.O wow thats just so cool... xD i have a dog that sheds like crazy. so i brushed hem out so i can use his hair T.T i had to improvise a bit becuse its short and its from dog O.o uh.. i had to use a pencil then took some starberst candy mold it in to that cone shape.? poped in the cooler after pushing a carve thick tooth pick in to the center of both the starberst and the eraser end of the pencil just anuff was sticking for that hook thing. XD much to my surprise it WORKED!! LOL

olright, so i cant make a video but im going to type it down ..... its called centrifugal effect . when something is spinning, for example when u centrifuge a test tube with some heavy particles in it, the heavy particles tend to go to the bottom of the tube(cause these particles are heavy) so in the spinning disk experiment the heavy part tends to go away from its center, in this case the bottom? of the wooden circle. i think this is wht happens

the same thing works with humans with flipping if i was to start a back full (backflip with a 360? degree twist) i just initiate the back flip and pull a spin naturally I'll flip upside down without actually pulling for a upside down motion so if that apples my best guess would be the side with the least amount of mass gos down as the heavier part gos up to help the pull and keep it spinning longer against gravity and the less mass the less friction affects

The object wants to rotate so that it's heaviest part is furthest along whatever axis it's experiencing force on. When it is not spinning, it tends to rotate so that it's heavy side is down along the force vector of gravity. When you spin it it experiences an outward force (centrifugal? centrepital? I can never remember) from the center of rotation so the heaviest part would tend to point out, one might? think. And then ... um ... yeah, no idea.
