How? should law school be?
By: rungy12. on 27 Mar 12, 22:38:55
No one is talking about the $12,000 fine if you cant afford to buy $5k a year health insurance, and obviously if you cant pay $5k a year then it's fair to say you wont be able to pay the $12k a year fine, in which case you will go to jail. Most corporations pay it now, but as soon as this law goes into affect, the? government will let them off the hook in order to "promote the economy" mark my words this is the systematic murder of working class.

Let us save the US economy! Do not listen to the Health Insurance lobby and Fox News and all those who they own. 25% of our economy goes to paying the Health Insurance companies!? The Supreme Court, with Scalia and his lap dog Thomas, are cronies of all those who are owned by the extremely wealthy. See the video: "Health Insurance: Panty Wad Prolix Pontificator George Will Fights Commerce"

Considering the importance of? the job, and the multi-million dollar salaries of high-end lawyers in the private sector, $250,000 a year is not a whole lot. I don't have a problem with that salary at all.

you do realize? that the constitution has more than the 10 amendments right? Plus nobody really understands what the 9th or 10th means...cause the creators are death. So it could have...if it was read that way. Yea "we the people." There is a way to have access to the law, known as voting, filing a lawsuit, or writing to legislators. derp
By: meetman57. on 15 Sep 11, 00:01:06
I think that you are silly. For something to be? law...it has to be written somewhere..speed limit...dont walk on the grass...whatever! LOL!! I am speaking about the right of secession of a state from the Union. Is it law....where is it written? Or did someong like you stated just amke one up..lets say in 1861 when the Southern States left the Union. Was it law then? Where does it say?
By: bokobono. on 14 Sep 11, 23:40:30
Only the legislative branch can make laws. The court posts recordings and transcripts of arguments on its website. Find a Constitutional scholar. That's how? government and the social contract works; if you would like to make your own laws, move to Somalia.
By: meetman57. on 18 Aug 11, 03:56:36
Does the Supreme Court have the power? to "Make" law or do they just have the power to interpit what the Constitution says? And why do they do their work behind closed doors in secret? If a citizen of the United States had a question on the Constitution,,who can they ask about it? It seems that "WE the people" have no access to the law untill it is handed to us on a platter.
By: tnguyen318. on 03 Aug 11, 01:06:28
There are thousands of Laws that needs to be written. Vehicle Speed Limit during Production is one of them. No vehicle built is to exceed 120 miles per hour. Unless on Track would de-activate speed governor. When? Leaving Track it would be re-activated.

I don't know. Seems like they are a movie. They were writing to Draft a Constitution. Questions I approach when examining American Government History. 1. ? How did American Government began? First Office Built. 2. Why would they want to create a System with Rights?
By: unknownunknowns. on 08 May 11, 00:53:11
So, you? say, "It is to bring Law and Order to the Land which they created to make sure there is Justice for All" but what is you point about being the 'epitome of power and control of land'? It sounds like you're saying two different things.
By: tnguyen318. on 06 May 11, 03:06:41
The point of the court is to Rule over people and make the decisions themselves. It is to bring? Law and Order to the Land which they created to make sure there is Justice for All.
By: unknownunknowns. on 05 May 11, 01:23:22
Then tell me what is the POINT? of that court then? I should point if they are trying to become this epitome then lobby the Senate to IMPEACH them.
By: tnguyen318. on 03 May 11, 00:31:04
They may? have a stressful job. But we all need to get real now and start re-writing Constitutional Law. What's left of old was a movie and is no more. Today were trying to better the world.
By: tnguyen318. on 03 May 11, 00:23:50
Forget this Government balogny. ? Its the epitome of power and control of land.
By: tnguyen318. on 03 May 11, 00:22:51
American? Government is basically the European Government. Its foundation is based on British-French-Roman Government. Government caused a lot of problems and killed a lot of people.
