You are probably correct, but perhaps a different point of view: Josh is the easiest person on the screen to identify and prosecute. Remember the suspects in Elizabeth Smart investigation? ? none were even close. And what about the West Memphis Three, or Bruce Dallas Goodman, and Debra Brown. It is a lot easier for police to "Make a Case" against someone who is visible but innocent, and the DA gets a conviction to notch on his reputation.
