Not a fantasy sword. It armed German mercenaries called landskechts during the Renaissance. The idea was to chop up pike shafts; the swiss pikeman had revolutionized warfare and now everybody had a pike. Problem with that was that once the lines collided, the long pikes became intertwined, pushing became useless and a stalemate developed. The guy with the great sword's job was to chop his? way through the pike shafts and "unjam" the line.

what about the lower body? shouldn't he be stepping forward? The energy should be going forward, not sideways... At the 4 minute spot, he starts moving in with his back foot first.. I totally disagree.. step with your front foot as you make contact with the ball. When your racket starts coming forward, start stepping forward with your front foot. ? That way, your energy is forward, directed towards where you want the ball to go. (just my opinion.. i'm a 'pro' as well). otherwise i liked it.

I didn't know this was a move actually, I was always trying to do a monkey vault which involves going over the rail/wall with ur legs going above it, but wen I first finally did a monkey vault, I've always felt comfortable doing that only unless I'm standing still? with a wall tht may be a little above waist size, then I'll do a lazy vault or something

If you know what is on your way after the object, use the monkey will be faster, but if you don't, using the two? handed vault let you 1 second to see. And there's no chance to fall, cause your feet can't hit the object. If it does, the position of the two handed vault let you the chance to fall safety. If you're jumping to the void, using the monkey vault isn't safety: if your feet hit the object, you'll fall on the face/neck. (if it's not on the void, you can do a dive roll...)

I am learning this, but what is have been doing is weird. When I was practicing before I really used a tutorial, I put both hands onto obstacle with right hand turned differently to the left,? then I jump and lift left leg above it while jumping with right leg. My legs move sort of separately and my right flicks over at the knee to clear it. It is difficult to explain, but it works. However, it need to improve it to be more like in this tutorial with legs moving together. Any suggestions?

there is a lot more to cutting then just a good edge. It's a lot tougher? to do than it looks. Our crew have been doing these tests and cutting feats since the early eighties. Some of these tests are also potentially abusive to the blade and dangerous to the weilder so I never recommend trying to re-create any of the feats seen in these videos.

I see your point but the one thing that Rafa does that no one else does is that he brings the racquet further back behind him (like a one-hander) more than any other player which helps him generate more topspin than most. Power is really not the key but heavy top is. Anyone can hit the ball hard these days but the combination of power and spin is the key. I love Safin I was a big fan of his strokes pure and simple but adding that wrap around move is huge. Thanks for watching.? Christophe.

I know that I'm more effective with a two hander its just that early on when I was playing I was enamored with Federers one handed backhand which made me want to replicate it since it was so beautiful. So basically I've been struggling with indecision between one hander and two handed back hands. Safin Nalbandian Davydenko and even Nadal have some sick backhands. Best in history and you broke it down very well. Thank you. This helped me so much

There are so many styles, look a Hewitt his arms are very straight and he made it work. My point is that most pros keep their arms? slightly bent and it happens to be the way i teach it. Yes I know these things. Trying to just hit the pocket consistently when oil patterns are continuously changing and breaking down is extremely difficult. Just like any other game bowling at a high? level is extremely difficult. But I've seen guys on the PBA who'd probably die of a massive heart attack if they ran 1 mile. "You have to be in great shape to bowl" sorry but I had to laugh at that comment. I bowl in a couple leagues and love the game but I'm sorry you do not have to be in good shape to bowl. Athleticism and great hand eye coordination really help but we have 300lb fat asses in my league carrying 220 averages. No you can be in down right awful shape and still be a great bowler. But the 2 handed technique must not have caught on where I live because everyone I? see only uses one.

I feel like? I owe you a huge thank you for this video. I struggled for a long time with putting spin on my backhand, and after seeing this video, spin, pace, and control came more easily.
