In police work, they give 10% added onto the score of military personnel on police tests. Most 99% of the public doesn't know this. So if a soldier scores 90% on a police officer job? test, they get military points added on and now have a perfect 100% and go ahead of EVERYBODY else on the test and get the job first. What is that supposed to mean? Soldiers do what they are trained to do. This program does (at least)? three things, 1) It finds the soldiers who have no problem following illegal orders against civilians so they can be used; 2) It finds the soldiers who will not, so they can be weeded out and given desk jobs, etc.,; and 3) most importantly, it conditions the soldiers so that they will automatically follow illegal, unconstitutional orders automatically with no second thought.
