Sorry but any $300 bike that can handle that is going to be stolen. go to your local bike shop and ask to find a used bike. there are dozens of makes and models that will perform like that. craigs? list maybe. skills like that take time to develop so find a good frame and build up the component quality as you can afford it. then ride with people that are better than you and be prepared to spend lots of time in the saddle. good luck
