"OMG"? I didn't realize I was debating? a 14 year old girl, You stated that only the owner assumes a risk, that's what I was replying to
By: carlindelco. on 26 Mar 12, 00:47:58
Yeah ok sure, they can hold elections without everyone's vote. OMG you are talking about an accident in reply to my assertion of no UNION risk? You need to understand something, debating these issues is certainly not? your forte you lack 1) maturity and 2) intellectual capacity to stay on topic. Try movies or music reviews ok?

if you and your co-workers do not want a union you do not have to have one,? in a free society workers have the right whether you like it or not. And if you want to talk about the owner taking all the risk and having blood and skin in the game, I know a truck driver that was killed as result of the negligence of a teen driver, ask his wife and children about who takes the risk in a company
By: carlindelco. on 04 Mar 12, 20:43:34
Well they? USED to, I've have worked for many other people and my pay was never rubber stamped. The days of 7-day work weeks, child labor, etc are long gone, there is no need for unions. Your president gets $3,200 a year, plus the extra pay you guy already receive, benefits etc. IS a piece of the action. What do unions risk in a business? (hint: NOTHING) the owners money, blood, sweat and tears, all on the line, you have no skin in the game.

Years ago, unions had their place but not so much nowadays. This is an example of unions? killing jobs----that 3 letter word.
By: fenian123. on 20 Feb 12, 01:51:56
Employers do not negotiate binding agreements with individual employees. My union is made up of 900 hardworking warehouse workers, no gangsters that I know? of, our local union president works in the warehouse, he gets $3,200 a year from the union if you call that a piece of the action
By: carlindelco. on 19 Feb 12, 22:16:14
They can work out their own honest meritorious agreements. Unions are nothing but gangsters risking NOTHING and getting a piece of? the action.
By: fenian123. on 06 Feb 12, 08:42:09
And forced representation of non-dues? payers
By: fenian123. on 06 Feb 12, 08:40:50
Guess who the RTW scab comes running to when they? get into trouble? The union thugs who are forced by law to represent them even if they have never paid a penny in dues
By: KripDrip. on 19 Sep 11, 23:50:31
u get paid whatever your worth. If you have good enough skills to a company and they pay u less than ur worth, they risk? losing u to another company. no one is forced to work. If the pay and benefits are too low, get a job somewhere else.

I suggest that if? the government succeeds in shutting down the new Boeing factory, Boeing should move all manufacturing overseas, & cease being an American company. America deserves to fail for becoming Marxist.
