Okay, ethical complaints aside, we all know Obama would usurp the Constitution if he? could get away with it, so the question here is not how ethical is it, but how legal is it? Does the president hold the power to put Congress out of session, or was Obama just jumping the gun on those appointments, not waiting until Congress was fully out of session? I mean if Obama truly violated the Constitution, than those appointments need to be voided out. Otherwise, big Union wins this round.

The? "CCC" Plan > Consistent, Conservative, Constitutional. > RON PAUL for President 2012!!
By: NyxofWolves. on 25 Jan 12, 20:19:05
Mark put Obama in his place with that interview; his citings to the Constitution and his point on the fact that both houses must pass a resolution to confirm a recess session erases all doubt as to whether the President did something illegal. I think these recess appointments were meant to appease to the unions so he could turn down the Keystone pipeline, so? it's all political shanigans from the President as usual. It's so sad.
