I would like to see a safe place for children to be visited by parents whom have been deamed unsafe enough to require supervised visits. This place could have rooms that parents can interact with their children and police in? the building. Why should social workers who cannot carry weapons be the wall of safety?

In the actual recording of the first call, you get to hear the more disjointed sound of the social worker at the start, the lack of key details, and that the social worker doesn't give the location until 1:42 seconds into the call. The 911? dispatcher stays stuck on the 'Where' (address), largely ignoring the jumbled attempts at establishing What is going on. She lets urgency be lost in her panic, he loses the urgency in frustration. #1 rule of emergency situations: Remain Calm.

In this video @ 0:26 is an excerpt of the SECOND call. Same call @ 0:38 excerpted. Then @ 0:50 we hear a time condensed part of the first call. What follows that is the social worker not knowing the address of the home. @? 1:11 they edited out her finally giving the address, creating one statement out of two.

There is nothing the social worker could have done. The two small boys out ran her. She is not able to break the door in or get the murderer to open the door. She is not able to get the 911 operator to understand the gravity of the situation. The only fault lies on Josh Powell.?

unless you are affiliated with a religion you have no rights in this country. I am not an atheist. But under our constitution it says FREEDOM OF RELIGION so everyone is fixated on that. Even tho it does mention in the? Bible that it is a sin to be overly religious as well. But the fact that these religious institutions have property and don't pay taxes. While people not affiliated with their group pays taxes is a violation of their CIVIL RIGHTS which is also in the constitution.

who says women are incompetent?I said this social worker is incompetent. She is not all to blame but SHE dropped the kids off at this address. How could she not know what the ADDRESS is? She was responsible for the children. They needed to have two people assigned to that case instead of one. Since he? was under suspicion of murdering his wife.

Both parties on the 911 call failed. First the social worker fails to know and provide the key "Ws" right away to? the dispatcher - What, Where, Who, When. This dispatcher gets into a 'who's who' debate instead of trying to get all of the "Ws". If she couldn't make clear the 'who', he needed to know the 'where' and 'what' as fast as possible. The social worker falters horribly on the 'where'. The idea of 'when' is about the only thing both seemed to get - it was happening right now.
