It's Working? Do you know how much people have dropped out of the workforce and are still unemployed? If we use the old method of measuring unemployment, it's about 22%. Gays are NOT singled out for condemnation? in our church. We do not seek to change people. We believe that the change comes naturally in response to God. Gays are no different than the drunkard, liar, thief, murderer, fornicator, adulterer and the like, all sinners. For the wages of sin is death. but the gift of God is eternal life. I believe that God exists, and believe there is proof and I care very little about what the? Catholic Church and other religions teach. I Ditto u on Global Warming. We welcome gays in our church the same way everyone is welcomed, (for all have sinned), I would have strong words w anyone treating them poorly, but gays cannot serve in any office in the church and cannot be in membership of the Church. It has to deal with open sin, so the exclusion is not exclusive just to gays.

Religion is centred around belief in a deity, for which no empirical proof exists. There is abundant evidence however for evolution that is now accepted even by the Roman Catholic Church. As for global warming, the jury's still out but it is certainly not a tax deductible 'religion' There is no single Christian catechism, in fact the 34,000 denominations cannot even agree on Birth Control and Divorce, let alone Homosexuality. Your definition of religion is slightly off. ? Global warming and evolution can be a religion too. I am not superior to everyone else, just forgiven, but I can see where religion would leave that "sour taste" in a persons mouth. Heck, I deal with it frequently.
