They also have regulations and laws, similar to our own, but in China the big difference is enforcement, that is, there is none. There is even a new 'law' for foreigners working in China. As of last year, all foreigners will now have to pay for social security. You'd never want to go to a public hospital, and the edubusiness system is a complete mess. China is selfish, but so are we. Who is? smarter?

Obama expected that the unemployment rate would reach 9% in early 2010 if nothing was done. It turned out that the rate reached 10% by that time despite the huge amount of public money spent. Today, three years later, Obama managed to add 6 trillion dollar to the national debt and the rate is even higher than when he took office (7,8% then and 8,3%? now).
