There are two very important differences between your example and the public sector unions. 1. The money that pays for your employees is collected voluntarily. The government pays its employees with money taken by force. 2. You pay for the best, but you also demand the best. You don't pay for high-class employees and keep the bad ones. With public sector unions, workers are almost impossible to fire for incompetence, so we pay for the best and get the? worst.

I have aluminum pallet racking that is rated in excess of 3,000 capacity. They are BENDING UNDER THE WEIGHT of what's in my freezer I am a MACHINE I'd THRIVE in your backyard I'm better than the best you've got. I just hate corruption. If you recall in Hellraiser 2, the doctor held out his hands & flowers? bloomed. "To Serve Man" a nice sounding title... it was a cook book. This NRTW, the same thing. a nice sounding front for a piece of crap piece of corrupt politics.

But in return for having the BEST staff in the city I also pay more than any other club in Brasov. I do not want the kind of staff I would have to deal with if I was having the cheapest I could find, folks who have zero rights. I want people who actually want to work with me and take care of me like I take care of them. This? only ones who have to worry about 'their right to take yours' are those who want to be asleep at their jobs. Decades of you is what brought America low

That is? such BS. I started a bar in Romania last year. I have the BEST bartender in the city of Brasov. The BEST DJs in the city of Brasov. The BEST wait staff in the city of Brasov. My customers are REALLY happy and surprised when they get there by the level of service they receive. In a country and city where most of the bars you go to the service is terrible since the staff figure that if they ignore you long enough you will leave and then they can go back to sleep.

There was a time when unions WERE needed to protect workers' rights, but public sector unions, feeding off taxes from private sector workers, are NOT needed! Forcing union membership to be able to work is just as wrong as forcing people to work for peanuts. I've been a member of the NEA, the? AFT, and the APWU. When I woke up to the FACT that my union dues were being used to support candidates with whom I totally disagreed, I tried to get out, a nearly impossible task & that's in a RTW state!

The NRTW is a LIE, it is THEIR right to TAKE yours

HITLER REBORN funny they quote people from the 20th century when this resembles Nazism so much. ".....the doctor is in" -Hellraiser 2 Yep, people are tearing apart the capitol because this is such a great thing XD This guy wouldn't last HALF of one of my days. He'd be carted out FEET FIRST. I TRUST my CO WORKERS and the people I KNOW from the town I? work in, not THIS GUY. YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER, DUMP THIS LEMON.

Thanks to the NRTW, a SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP, we might as well just call ourselves a "Some States called America" God bless the SSA. This is "CIRCLING THE DRAIN" economics. Mark Mix is the END of America. I have a "choice" to be GOVERNED without ANY voice anymore.

Thank you Mark Mix & Interns who commented here, Thank you all for detailing your true agenda, which is dismantling the United States of America. FDR isn't a modern day President neither is? Zeidler. Do we start quoting JAMES WEST next? I am moving we ban SEAT BELTS next, lets raise the speed limit to 150mph and encourage drivers to DRIVE DRUNK. After all, it is your right to RUIN AMERICA. Thank you all for being so HONEST about your beliefs. NRTW IS SPECIAL INTEREST INCARNATE.

From Wiki Congressional retirement is funded thru taxes and the participants contributions. Under FERS, senators contribute 1.3% of their salary into the FERS retirement plan and pay 6.2% of their salary in Social Security taxes. The pension amount depends on the years of service and the average of the highest? 3 years of salary. The starting amount of a senator's retirement annuity may not exceed 80% of their salary. In 2006, the average annual pension for retired senators under CSRS was $60,972
